Working on the Profile Settings (Privacy Settings) now.

Most is done, just not uploaded to the Backslasho webserver yet, because we have a little more to do and also testing.

After the new profile settings code is uploaded, members will be able to set their own profile page to private or public, etc..

Right now all profiles are public by default.
